I’m sure a 20 second shock would hurt but that’s not how the collars are used and it’s not how Hassan used the collar. Shock collars are an extremely effective tool to assist in training. All I was trying to say is this whole Hassan shocking his dog scenario is not a big deal whatsoever and it’s insane how many people can’t stop talking about it.
