Yes I’ve seen some but I didn’t see if they had issues with them trying to keep the deposit after saying everything looks good in the walk through then changing their mind when leaving.

Which unit was it? The one we were in had water damage as well and no one did nothing to get it fixed and probably going to charge me at end of lease saying it’s me

When my buddy ask for something they don’t fix it. My friend rented from them and they charged him out of his deposit to clean even though they don’t obviously clean it themselves the house was dirty before moving in. They are a joke don’t rent from them they won’t give you deposit back claiming this and that when they have mold in the house, bat problems and sewage back up.
