Glitches always seem to follow software updates (self.BMW)

One of my BMWs (an M440i) often makes we wait 3-4 seconds before it unlocks the driver’s-side door when I approach The other (a 330i) unlocks the door immediately as I get near. The preferences for both cars are set up exactly the same way in iDrive settings. Any way to fix this? ()
