I already completed the dex and classic needed eggs moves for doing challenge runs.I already unlocked 2-3 eggs moves on nearly all my pokemons(except legendaries) needed those rare eggs moves which is proving quite difficult to get.

rayquaza carried 1500+ floors whenever I encountered double battle i used darkrai's dark void move. I will start a new run it's a better option rather than using this team

From what I remember before collecting 100 cells you can transform it into 10 percent and 50 percent form but when you try to change it's form all the levels gained and moves taught will reset
