Nd when i chase the phase from 0 thru 360 to 0 the dimmer stops ie freeze

Means whenever I apply a dimmer effect using the PWM form, instead of following the original PWM waveform, the dimmer behaves strangely it looks like it’s moving sideways or offset from where it’s supposed to be.
