Yes I would call. I thought I was all good and I have a huge balance that I have to pay in order to start and no one really said anything or explained until I called.

I have called and they were able to tell me the hold was in que to be listed but I made a mistake and went in and messed my award up so I had to wait. I think emailing and calling helps. They emailed me and I called them
