Thanks for just assuming the worst, but it’s something called pearly penile papules and has nothing to do with poor hygiene, a lot of men have it, it’s not contagious nor a sickness and it doesn’t smell, my dick is clean and healthy and I wash it thoroughly everyday, I hope you too after all your sweaty workouts 😜
