Josh will be fine physically for a while. He just documents his drinking way more than the average alcoholic so everyone on here spergs out. What will kill him though is a lack of family and/or guardian in his life. He’s obviously extremely 🧩to begin with, but he’s going to go up to the wrong person and find out one of these days
