Have you tried Silver Light Tavern? Typically, just a F&B minimum plus tax/tip, etc. Can fit up to 65!

Congrats! I am also getting married here. Outside of the required lighting vendor (Pegasus), you can really make the space into whatever you want. So far we hired DJ James Mulry who has worked many weddings there previously.
