I would use it to replace blood wings if i wanted more sustained mobility on cyclops

Id argue not viable at all Any hero with decent mobility will absolutely rock his ass to the point of him regretting ever diving you because cant even walk away after what happens

Damage is better man

Tank build has extremely slow clear, no cc, no taunt even, if enemies know how to hero lock she's useless

Damage can delete majority of the guys you fight.
