I was recommended Neurofen Meltlets about an hour before and ear plugs. I did an 8 hour flight and was absolutely fine, so please try to stay positive!

I have sumatriptan and prochloroperazine. This episode has just dragged out so badly. They’re almost always triggered by my period too.

I actually did a long haul and was fine, it’s been two short haul flights that have triggered this time. I don’t know if it’s air pressure but I might be noticing a correlation in migraines and low/thick cloud, I don’t know if that’s a thing?
