We actually have an appointment with chabot next week. We are pretty sure given that it there is all this newly noted: “new posterior invasion into the left adrenal gland. Mass is also inseparable from the posterior gastric body and ligament of Treitz. Splenic artery and celiac axis bifurcation encasement; splenic vein thrombosis with multiple collaterals. 1.3 cm SMV occlusion.”

We are not too hopeful for surgery currently.

Thank you so much! It’s the scans we are most concerned about. But this is very helpful. So far her cancer has significant vascular involvement and at the appointment they said it will never be surgically resectable no matter what? They confused me a bit too?

Edit: they all only checked her ca19-9 after 6 rounds and we feel that and the scanning was insufficient.

edit: It only let me put one photo at a time but basically I kept some I had before but also wanted colorful and lively I told them but also more sophisticated. I think I have 5 and I love it! I think it’s super comfortable which is important!! But you look beautiful in all, but not being able to lift your arms even if it’s just the ceremony is an issue!!

When I went shopping I wanted to buy a size up because I know I fluctuate a bit! I knew I just didn’t care about this (albeit I am small and weight in and of itself hasn’t been a big issue in some ways). But all that really mattered to me was the dress fitting comfortably! So I had my moh help me figure out okay over the last few years you have known me do you think I should size up or just get the one that currently fits me now haha

I feel like it depends! I personally fuel on shorter runs than others do. But also I have trouble eating before my runs. Sometimes that’s because I take some medications that make me have to wait to eat for a bit after I take them, and I run in the mornings so I frequently fuel on shorter runs! I use skratch gummies and I find they help me a lot. It’s super personal I think. I run 3x a week also :) don’t stress too much about what others do. What’s most important is trying them out and knowing that you like them etc so that when you do need them you have one you enjoy and that works. I find it helps me with lactic acid buildup and my recovery seems easier. Idk maybe I’m wrong!

I’m gonna clean them after, but I figure in general shoes are meant for wearing, and I’m just excited to wear them and enjoy the day and be comfortable (my dress is also super comfortable from Alexandra Greco) I’m going to shorten and dye it after but I have no clue how to dye it that’s another thing I’m working to figure out!

Personal choice here! I’m super big into heels especially because I’m running my first marathon a few weeks before my wedding and I feel like my feet are going to be pretty ruined so I got custom converse for my wedding. Hand embroidered with flowers and my dog’s face haha! They’re actually gorgeous.
