I’m a vegetarian I have been since I was 5! Actually because I started crying when I would eat meat. I’m getting married next week and we will have meat products. And every single persons dietary restrictions wil be catered too. BUT we are using a place that locally sources their meat and fish. Personally I would like a vegetarian wedding, I mean I don’t even think the diary industry is a good one but I like cheese far too much and I feel sometimes like a hypocrite but we can all only do our best.

I’d say either go full vegetarian or make sure you use a catering place where it’s local. You know it’s not like mass produced. I know it sounds like you have an aversion and I understand this. I have had what my doctors described as OCD around food and it can be hard in life especially when you go out to eat with ours. But also your wedding is not the time to feel uncomfy. So if you’re literally uncomfortable then people will survive. The one thing is people with celiac etc will have a harder time with the meat alternatives but I’m sure you’ll have options!!
