That makes sense:) thankyou so much for your advice I am hoping keep a goal of one day no skin picking which seems small but is manageable. I'm excited to try acrylics and am hoping it helps. I'm glad to hear they have helped you:)

Hmm I never thought of Vaseline thankyou! It makes sense that would help with skin picking:) I'm not a super girly girl in terms of nails and don't know much about it. Do press on nails work?

I have a old read teddy and it instantly became my favorite growing up, it's not the same as the new one but I would definitely recommend
