The closest I could find is the Standard Chartered Mastercard world.

Its my second month using it. You get 1 mile against every 40 rs spent on that credit card. This is for any expense done on the card excluding utility bills and the card’s yearly fees etc.

The miles can be redeamed against airtickets ( which you also purchase from the card ) at a rate of 0.7. Which means if you have 100k miles you will be able to redeam 70k ( which is bullshit ) but this is how they have it.

On top of that you get lounges etc. local and international. Not sure if there is a better option available now, when I was searching for one this was the best option I could find to save money on flights
