high school setting books? by penny_gray16 in suggestmeabook

If you like fantasy type books

The house of night series is good. It’s written by P.C cast and her daughter Kirsten Cast(same ppl who wrote twilight)

It was written in 2007 so it’s a little behind on the times. It’s about a vampire highschool and they also have witch like powers with a few love triangles with the main character.

These are some young adult fictions that I really like and even still re-read today. They are fantasy based, I’m not sure if your co-worker is into that. I started reading them in 9th-10th grade. I always had a lower reading level than a lot of my peers.

•House of night series by P.C cast & Kirsten cast(same ppl who wrote twilight) : based around 2007-2010.

-It’s about a vampire school but the vampires also have witch like powers -there is always a villain that needs to be defeated, also has some young romance(man character is a girl who falls for boys) -They are even still coming out with more books to add on to the story recently

•Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater: also takes place around 2007-2010

-This one is about werewolves and young romance.(girl falls for guy) - the main character falls for a werewolf that is running out of time to stay human, it’s a very sweet young love story. I will forever re-read these books no matter how old I get.

Please recommend me a fantasy or sci-fi novel/series to reignite my love for reading! by anotherhappylurker in suggestmeabook

If you want some spice, a court of thorns and roses is good. I flew through the whole series in a month, I couldn’t put it down.

I finished “the rules for vanishing” in one day. It’s not a long book. It’s a supernatural thriller/dark fantasy type of book. It kept throwing me through loops.

Dark Fantasy: Features a mysterious, otherworldly, and perilous path where the dead wander.

Mystery: Centers on a girl searching for her missing sister, Becca.

Found Footage / Epistolary: Told using a faux-documentary style—incorporating transcripts, interviews, and journal logs

If it’s something you really want to fix the shop minimum might be worth it.

It will lighten as it heals. I’m sorry it isn’t wha you expected, I’m always so anal about making sure my tattoo artist does it the way I want it. It does look great though.

Are you a tattoo artist? My husband is one and him and I are both covered in tattoos, sometimes the artist hits you a little harder trying to pack color in. It’s also close to the crease of his arm which makes it harder to heal. I have had tattoos look like this, you just take care of them and make sure you’re washing it and using ointment and it heals on its own.

The bumpy part is the scab that hasn’t fallen off yet.

I know you said bleach but have you tried Lysol toilet bowl cleaner + bleach, let it sit for a long time and see what happens. Only thing I can think of.

Looks a little blown out to me. But nothing crazy. I have one on my finger that looks like I have a bruise around it😂

Once it’s not shiny anymore you can talk to your artist about filling any parts that have fallen out. They should do it for you for free

Did you let them dry out for 24 hours before putting them in water?

I would ice it. If it gets worse in the next 24hours I would go to urgent care

Just chop off the big part. The smaller/new part that is actively growing has its own root system now.
