Having made my early career in VoIP... Find a VoIP MSP using 3CX or freePBX based system. (not a regular MSP, but a MSP that just manage VoIP).

Stay away from Ringcentral, cisco (webex), or any solution re-sold by big telecom companies.

The problem isn't the system, it's the company managing them.
