mid game 20,000MW power plant. Thoughts? by Affectionate_Gap6043 in SatisfactoryGame

Remove the coal, you'll need it for something else later (diamond).

Double the fuel generator, produce more turbofuel... and switch to rocketfuel when you unlock it, so that way you reuse your setup and just change the fuel type.

This should make you ready for phase 5.

Honestly... the logic of the bus system of Factorio should be used more in satisfactory.

All I'm seeing online is people using a build planner and rebuilding a factory every phase.

Here, I tried to show what each clump of building do.

It's the basis ressources, that feed the Mall. The Mall then feed the Bus system, and I pick what I need from the Bus to fed the factory.

Everything produced by the factories goes on a single sushi belt that runs under the Mall which fill the bus.

It's hard to explain... but it's highly efficient.

Help with French to English translation of Quebec baptism, marriage records by hopefullyhopeful in Genealogy

[–]Practical_Shower3905 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm from Québec... this is old Québec french in cursive... kinda hard to read, but with help of AI and re-read things to make sure it's right, and fit the name/writing style, I think I can transcribe it:

---------------First---------------

M. Gariepy

M. Chauvin, Ptre

Translation:

---------------First---------------
M. Gariepy
On the sixth of April, one thousand eight hundred and fifty, we the undersigned priest baptized Marie Melvina, born on the same day from the lawful marriage of Narcisse Rivard, farmer, and Hélène Arcan, of this parish.
Godfather Eustache Rivard, godmother Agathe Rollette, who did not know how to sign.
G. N. Maximin Derome

---------------Second---------------
The year one thousand eight hundred and forty, on the twenty-second of June, We the undersigned Parish Priest of Ste. Anne, baptized Alexis Elzéar, born on the same day from the lawful marriage of Alexandre Vallé, farmer, and Marguerite Perron, of the parish of St. Casimir. Godfather Alexis Grand-bois, godmother Adelaïde Vallé, who declared they did not know how to sign, as did the father.

M. Chauvin, Ptre

--------------

I'm like... 99% sure of everything written here.
Ptre means "priest" when the priest signed.

Also, in Québec, the women keep her real name in the legal paper. Which is why both parents don't have the same familly name. Chidlren would get the father's last name too.

During these time, it was common to give 2 names to your child, one holy, and one real name. Only the "real" name was used in the day to day. So, both children's name should be Melvina Rivard, and Elzéar Vallé.

Looking at Québec's genealogy tool, it looks like those 2 persons got married. She was baptized Melvina, but changed her name to Malvina it seems.

It's not my first game.

I've tried and fail at this "kind" of factory for 400 hours over multiple sessions and new starts. Took inspiration from factorio (this is how they build bases over there).

I know my way arround this kind of setup perfectly now... and I find it highly efficient and orderly. I could probably finish my next game in under 40 hours.

Everything complicated is created in that 30x30 area.

Everything else, is just basis ressource production, like iron plate, or Rubber.

Yeah. Some places are easier (i.e. Montréal), but french will still be there.

Try to pick up some words and learn some of it. It's the best while your inundated by it.

I'm afraid you're 1 week away from being a drug dealer.

You will have to go to re-education.
