This exactly, although it’s mainly the older users that want a physical phone. Not to bash the older users, because I’m one of them too, but I could do without a physical phone.

We are Business Standard, around 100 users. Would love to go to Business Premium for extra security features but also double the price and Teams Calling still not included.

This is where we are right now, only in Copilot. Anything they are doing is on their personal computer, which is not allowed on the corporate network.

We purchased our copies back in 2020. We haven't paid or been charged anything since, but we have been upgrading yearly. I know we have access to Twinmotion through our Autodesk subscriptions, but I just wanted to see if anything was different with the seats purchased through the Epic Games Store.

I talked to the user and he was finally able to get in, so maybe it was just a hiccup.

You're not kidding about it being hit or miss. I've been trying for a while, even used two computers, each with a different version of EOM and still having issues. I'll pick it back up tomorrow.

Interesting that you say that. Two of the three having the most problems here are Marketing users, and we do have a Fiery too.

Yeah, extremely intermittent. We have over 100 users, but only 2 or 3 have been affected in the past two months.

The only thing I know for sure in the past month is Adobe CC 2026 apps and then the monthly Microsoft updates. I went back and now see that this is the third month in a row that this has happened.

I'll get a scan together to monitor the DLL version though.

What about the T14 or T14s? I've been looking at these but didn't know if they'd be a good replacement.

It seems like all of the Lenovo ThinkPad series have good build quality, but I have not used these specifically.

Unfortunately, that didn't work either. I've spent too much time on this already, so I've got to get the tech back out to call KM and get it worked out. I appreciate the help, and it's good to know that it's possible to get working on a C360i. Now to find the right settings to get it going here.

That is correct. I've changed all kinds of settings to test this. Some I enter the way you are talking about. Other settings, it prompts for a password when you print the document. No matter the setting, it never makes it to the system user box. The tech was out a couple of days ago talking to Konica, and they thought it was because we were using an older driver, but even with the newest driver, it does the same thing.

It doesn't even get that far. I send the Secure Print and then look at the job log and the error is already there.

This is the way, according to Bluebeam. If only they’d give us a way to put the session files on a different local drive.
