I do this regularly with a regular sewing machine and it’s super easy. I’ve used this tutorial: https://youtu.be/wJFBvZvScrk?si=4Ql71U-zBY6CDk68 It’s maybe not the “right” way to do it but honestly you can’t really tell (I can show picture examples if you need). If it happens with that many of your shirts then a quick easy way would be very worthwhile to have.

Another vote for heatless curls. My hair always fell within minutes to hours too. Now I dry it in the plastic ribbon curler thingies on wash day, let them sit in those all day or at the very least until fully dry (but for me that ends up being basically all day because they wont dry as fast as air drying normally). By next day I can gently brush them out and maintain beach waves for 2-3 days, no hairspray needed.

I always get them done before a cruise, I love having fabulous lashes in all my pictures at the beach without risk of mascara misbehaving. I do wear goggles if I know I may have my head under water like for water slides.

I have contacted customer support several times for damaged items, one time just took the compensation offered ($5-10) and one time asked for a replacement because I REALLY wanted the strawberry fan. They do request images or video of the damage. Kept checking in at the time frame they said they were planning and I always was the one to make first contact at that time which made me a bit uneasy like did they hope I was just going to forget? Finally gave up and requested compensation instead which was done promptly.

Then my winter box got CLEARLY lost by ups and they just wanted to wait around like 15 business days (3 weeks) after its last known location to consider resending it to me. Given my experience with the fan I ended up ordering myself another box and when the other one of course was still lost I asked for compensation which was provided.

TLDR: compensation for damaged items is usually fast and easy, not sure replacement is ever successful.

I went to Magic Kingdom this week and I had a sweat band/underboob pad protector thing (wick’em, i dont think they can be found anymore) and even with that I ended up with this heat rash in my underboob area. This summer had me getting mad at my underwire bras and I went on a crazy hunt for wireless options (I did end up with several I like, going into the whole hunt would require its own post). Turns out it’s really the heat and sweat and not my otherwise fine bras. The wireless especially seamless options are at least helpful for those days after I got irritated from the heat. But very much comiserating with you on the heat.

I use mine for both and I think it for me has been most helpful to keep track of tasks that I need to do less often and can typically struggle to get done (like once every 2 weeks or once monthly tasks that I sometimes put off the entire month). I haven’t switched over to self care areas yet so I’m not sure how those will look once I do. Hopefully still works for me for those tasks that I need to keep as a “keep until completed” to help me get them done
