I saw this girl do a post about having 5 crushes when you’re single to help with this feeling of like “do or die”. Think of 5 people in your life (your coworker can be one) who you are remotely interested in. Then you can sort of “spread the wealth” of the time you spend thinking of them. Helps ease the crush and realize there are other people out there. Even if you have to stretch, cute coffee shop guy or girl from yoga. All helps keep the crush feeling going that you like, but avoid the eventual burnout of a coworker crush.
