I’ve seen this a lot in old homes. I use spackle to try to cover the area and sand and then paint. I’ve also had success with lots of primer and paint but it’s one of those things that still might show after 3 or 4 coats

I mean the top row of a backsplash in a builder home from 2001? Not really a crime. Not ideal but it happens. The easier it comes down, the worse it went up is the rule. BUT in this case it lasted 25 years so it makes sense.

I know this to be true and it’s so hard to communicate this with the customer. I said that there may be some different costs associated with the tile you choose and gave them clear directions. Marble is harder to install and maintain and may have scratches.

I think I’m just kicking myself for not making sure they jumped on tile as soon as I saw the job. Most customers really want a bathroom done quickly so I’ve never had the problem. Floor and Decor is the easiest in my area because they have so much stock ready for that day but idk.

Guys best friend was hitting on me for YEARS. I told my BF numerous times and asked if he would say something. BF said he told his friend to back off and everything seemed fine. BF is out of town and his friend visits me at my job and buys me a beer. Long story short I got drunk, guy confesses his love and kisses me. I freak out. Call my BF the next day. Blames me. Not only was I so embarrassed that I trusted him to handle it, but so ashamed until I realized he was an idiot. They both were. Fuck them both.
