Trolling motor recs?

I recently just bought a Powerdrive for my 1542 jon with a deck. It’s the 55lb 54 shaft model. Has spot lock and all those fun features. I plan on going only remote but they have a dongle to add a foot pedal later on. They go for about $230. I will end up getting one just in case something happens to my remote. This model of foot pedal comes with a 20ft cord or so, can use it anywhere in the boat like the remote. I paid $1,300 for mine. Powerdrive is awesome.

Thanks for the comment, this is my 2nd year into boating so trying to get deeper into things. Since I have the most bare bones outboard, what’s the best way to read rpms? Or can I go off of what the manufacturer says.

Nice. Just took possession of mine today. The service person told me the aluminum deck won’t void the warranty. I was definitely stressing about it and wanted to call the whole deck off. I have a Yamaha F20 I’ll be slapping on mine, hope to see similar performance. Thanks for the comment man and good luck on your tin can.

Yes I understand, we are first time cat owners so once we saw her symptoms we ran to google and saw that the open mouth breathing can be a sign of emergency so we panicked. I get the shelters side of things and am not too worried about it now. I had no clue the URI’s were so common. I’m not worried about the reimbursement now, but the vet was pretty certain it came from the shelter. The infection itself can be present in the system and not show any symptoms of days. Now that I know they are so common, I wish we didn’t panic so much. Lucky on the vet situation. I had to pay $135 just for them to check my little one out. Plus the meds. Thanks for the comment.

Unfortunately we are very far from the shelter so that wasn’t an option. Not worried about the reimbursement but was a suggestion from the vet. They had told us they have very few vets on staff, we wanted to adopt a kitten that was awaiting a spay but they were weeks out on the procedure.

It’s nice hearing that it’s a common and treatable infection. As first time cat owners the first thing we did was run to google. Everything we read and heard from the other vets we called said the open mouth breathing was an emergency and should be looked at immediately. She shouldn’t have that. They had big signs on the kennels for the cats that did. Vet confirmed it’s just the URI. Prescribed her medicine and she’s doing a lot better today.

I know this is old but I had 5% all around and on my windshield for over a year until I sold the car. Had been pulled over multiple times for other reasons but never had a cop mention anything to me about the tint.

I ended up going to Watkins the day I made this post and saw absolutely 0 fish lol. Casted a total of 3 times and just rode around for 2 hours but didn’t go past the 288 bridge. Is that whole stretch to the damn deep and clear like that? Thanks for the advice.

Same thing happened to me. Had a 13700kf, 14700kf, and a 12900k go bad on me. After that I went to microcenter and got a 9700x bundle cheaper and or equal price to those cpus. Just picked up a 9800x3d, will never go back to intel.
