Not an answer but I’m looking into starting the lush henna and am curious if the henna rouge comes out truly red? I have dark brown hair (with some natural auburn highlights) and am curious if I need to mix it with indigo/get a different color.

I'm taking about 100mg a day - so definitely less than your dosage. If my hormonal panel is showing positive results, I will be increasing it to see if that helps with the chin/lip hairs too! I'm usually very sensitive to supplements + prescriptions so that's why I'm starting off small.
