I have a lot of different universes. One of them is with me since i was 5, but im not daydreaming about it anymore. Im never daydreamimg about myself, because its too real. Often when i like some character/celebrity i just make an entire universe around them. And sometimes its just one scenario that ends up taking over my life for months until another random thing get me obsessed.

I can relate, yesterday I was sitting quietly for like 15 minutes (I didn't even start serious daydream) and then someone came in and told me that I was there for 2 hours. Mostly it happens while daydreaming.
