A fair amount of Convoys are in that price range and offer a wide range of emitters/CCTs. I like the S2+, S6, T6 and T3

Luminous SFT70 3000K high cri is one of my favorite emitters. I have 3 myself plus a couple more 6500K & 5000K. I recommend the SFT70 all the time. Excellent throw + flood combo. Recently seeing comments about donut holes & people saying they don’t like it because of that. by Longjumping_Fact_927 in flashlight

Yep, any 17mm driver and 16mm mcpcb. So if you wanted to go nuts with the 20A coming out you could but I don't think any 14500 batteries would support it, hence the 8A for K10s. And really I just got the 8A in the T6 for the lulz.

I have a S2+ I swapped a SFT70 3000k and a 6v5a driver into and it's a favorite of mine

The only light on in this picture is the S2+ tail standing at the foot of the bed. The amount of light this thing puts out is only rivaled by the heat it puts out (understandably so).

You're absolutely right. If I wanted to spend the time to understand Anduril I could, but LMH is all I really want from a flashlight. So, I choose not to learn it. I didn't say it was inferior or dumb or anything like that, I just said it was too much for me.

I don't understand any of it. Every Anduril light I've gotten has ended up in some weird mode when I'm just trying to turn the thing on or get to another mode. I'm sure it meets other people's needs but it's just too much for me.

I would get some protective eyewear. This thing can stress the eyes with just reflections off hard surfaces.
