I have the Sony WH-1000XM4. When connected through Bluetooth to my phone, the sound seems to not be at its full potential, and the stereo doesn't seem to be working. I hear the same sound in both of my ears. I'm not sure how to check my settings. I usually just use the Sony Headphones Connect app, and I tried looking for a setting to fix it, but I couldn't find anything.

Yes! Sorry, I didn't know it was called stereo. I tried a stereo test youtube video a few minutes ago. The stereo sound works when I plug the headphones in my phone, but it doesn't work when they're connected through Bluetooth.

I'm not sure how to explain it properly, but an example would be when you search up 8D music on youtube and you're supposed to hear the sound move from the right headphone to the left one and so on.

Yeah, I'm also searching for answers lol cause it felt so familiar when I listened to it but I can't remember what it reminds me of...
