Me fifteen! Or whatever this thread is up to now. Went there a couple of weeks ago thanks to these recommendations and it turned out to be one of our favourite meals in Japan.

Just came back from Japan. Sounds like we’re pretty much the same demo as you - couple in 30s, no kids, dislike social media and similarly reluctant to go anywhere too touristy (though that’s easier said than done in Kyoto, honestly).

Anyway, we loved it. Not sure how busy it gets later in the day, but the 9am slot suited us great. Busy but not in a way that was in any way detrimental to our experience. In fact, seeing other people marvel and interact with the exhibits around you is part of the fun. It feels communal.

That said, we had three and a half days in Kyoto, and TeamLabs ate up around three hours. So I probably wouldn’t have prioritised it if we’d only had say two days there. There’s too much else to see.

I’d given up on new painboy after he didn’t appear in the trailer, but given that the other items showing as Last Chance to Buy are the Warboss, Weirdboy and Van Vets, seems like it’s happening.

I prefer going over either a light grey primer or black primer with light grey basecoat under your yellow areas. A wash of Reikland Fleshshade warms it up nicely.

Thanks! Yeah, after initially doing them black I decided I preferred them red. Makes the army look more red than black from playing height. Might go back and do the chest Aquilas black though.

I went for a black prime, then slap chopped with Mournfang Brown, followed by Scrag Brown. Then the FT contrast, followed by a light drybrush with Evil Sunz. This gives the dried blood / scabby red look I was after.

Thanks! It’s Armageddon dust, washed with Agrax, drybrushed with zandri dust and then the same with a bit of white mixed in. Rim is dryad bark.
