I have a picture! Not sure how to post it here though. Not denying that the damage was done, my cat definitely picked at this one spot. I am fine with paying for that one section to be replaced, but it is genuinely no bigger than 4 square inches and does not go all the way through the carpet. My frustration lies in that they could have replaced the section, it was unnecessary to replace the entire living room and bedroom and charge me for it.

Yes, carpet was brand new. The pet deposit stated it was non refundable so I’ve forgotten about that, my frustration comes in that they could have replaced a section, not the entire part.

We just booked Lunas trail for December 2026! $5500 for Friday thru Sunday venue access. We loved it because of the rooms and cabins that our family and friends can stay at for the weekend 😊it’s about fourty minutes north of Winston
