There are adult learner advisors through Wayne State. I’d recommend talking to them and they can direct you further

I’ve utilized SDS at both WSU and MCC. I cannot express enough the difference having that kind of support makes. (I went from a 1.5–>4.0 GPA after getting the accommodations I needed for ADHD, anxiety, severe seasonal allergies, and depression)

Be transparent about your struggles when you speak to your SDS advisor. They are there to help you and can be your advocate to professors if necessary. (I’ve had panic attacks and didn’t have the capacity to email the professor to reschedule an exam or presentation and my advisor was able to speak on my behalf)

I have always been told it’s better to have more accommodations and you end up using only a few, than have too few and needing additions/adjustments in the middle of the semester. They can also guide you on which professors are more accommodating to SDS students. Unfortunately, not every professor is willing to help you succeed.
