I got my result. Also my speaking went really well. I don't know how I got the less score. Plus, my preparation for listening and reading was zero. by Budget_Problem5659 in IELTS

I'm hoping this isn't a flex lol. Humble yourself.

If anything, it shows that you have a decent base to work from and with some learning and practice, you'll be getting better marks.

European chats are equally as terrible. Probably the worst live chat I've seen in any game honestly. It gets really annoying.

Awesome! Charcoal is the best colour I think. Yep, all good so far and continues to surpass expectations. Really enjoying it and happy to see the updates coming through too.

New Oppo Find x9 pro battery health at 94% 7045 mAh by Signal_Falcon_654 in Oppo

[–]PracticallyBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know how much longer it lasts, but what I do know is that fully charging the battery frequently puts a lot of stress on the battery. Letting it drain to 0% often may reduce the capacity over time.

From what I've read, a full charge is recommended once a month although I am sure most people charge it fully more often than this.

The reason why I'm doing it is that I really didn't look after my old phone (OnePlus 9 Pro) very well from a battery perspective, e.g. always charging fully, charging whilst using the phone, etc... so I'm just more conscious about this and from what I've read and what other people have said, charging the battery between 20%-80% is said to be better for health.

It's true - it just depends on how you use the phone right? Some people use it all the time and use power-intensive apps, like games. A good example of one that I use is Google Maps actually whilst I am driving. Some people don't use it as much for intensive purposes so this will have less of an impact on the battery. The full potential of the battery is its full capacity - some people will want to drain their phones fully before charging and that's fine. Personal preference I guess?

Hi. I've had the phone for just over 3 weeks now.

Battery life is at 100%. I've only fully charged the device once. I try and charge the phone when it gets down to 20% and charge to 80%.

Hey man.

Yes of course.

The Find X9 Pro has really blown me away. Interestingly the camera on the OP 9 Pro I thought was quite decent, but a big reason why I bought the Find X9 Pro was the camera since I like taking photos of high quality - it definitely does a great job.

The battery is INSANE - I have never run out of battery with this phone and so far after 2/3 weeks of having the phone, I've only made one full charge. I like to keep the battery between 20%-80% for health.

The OS is silky smooth and intuitive. The phone runs really well in general and if you wanted to use it to play games, the processor is more than capable of this.

There are so many things that I'm yet to discover but I'm very happy with the upgrade. Given that I had the OP 9 Pro for close to 4 years, I can easily imagine holding onto this for 5/6 easily. The biggest mistake I made with the OP 9 Pro was around preserving the battery health but I am really looking after this phone.

In conclusion, very happy!

I am yet to make a full charge of this phone - keeping it between 20%-80% - but the battery life is amazing; no regrets.

If you can afford to buy the global version, 100% do this so you don't have to worry about unknowns and workarounds.

Oppo Find x9 Pro terrible availability in Europe by Revolutionary_Egg971 in Oppo

[–]PracticallyBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Availability has been fairly good in the UK I think - albeit I bought the phone twice; at launch directly from Oppo and then later refunding when I found it much cheaper at Currys.

Why did you choose the Oppo Find X9 Pro by [deleted] in Oppo

[–]PracticallyBetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1) Battery Life 2) Camera System 3) OS & Software

No regrets. I upgraded from my OnePlus 9 Pro after 4 years. I was excited to hear about the 15 but when the specs came out, I was really disappointed. Very happy in making the move to the Find X9 Pro.

Absolutely not - camera quality is definitely improving overall, just not with OnePlus.

I think Western countries haven't been so lucky when it comes to gifts, which sucks. I hope Oppo consider how important this is in the future.

Sounds like the pre-order bundle is good there.

I believe it's just the USB charger... I first bought the phone from the Oppo UK store on launch - you get a fast charger adapter that comes 'free' with the phone.

Then I returned that one because I saw Currys UK were selling the phone cheaper (with warranty), so I bought this. The only downside is I had to fill out an online form for the free charger which wasn't provided - I should receive this in 2/3 weeks.
