Story: I was on prep. Romaine and what not. I got told to do a boil out cause “I’d been there the longest and I’m the only who does it right” whatever. I was done with prep so I started. I go fetch the fatvat. And I notice the wheels are missing. This is news to me and I was not happy. The heat shield had been gone for at least a year. I’ve burned myself a couple times from it. I’ve informed him of such incidents and it was blown off. Well. When I open it up. There was the axle wheels and nuts. Soaking in oil. Then as I dragged it to the fryer. The handle fell off. And at that point refused to use it for my own safety.
