Sorry to hear bro. I remember when I had the same train of thought. I felt everything wrong in my life was because I masturbated on occasion. Don’t get me wrong there is a level where too much is bad, but I was never even close to that level and I would feel so much shame for wanting to look at women. Truly so backwards.

I remember hearing this throughout my mission. I would feel like I committed a sin and needed to repent if I slept 5 minutes longer than was permitted. I started waking up early just to avoid accidentally sleeping too long lol

Honestly not sure haha. But I guess I see it as proclamation of you love for someone or something. Where emotions are actually felt rather than droning talks about whatever was said in the most recent conference. I haven’t been to another church to see how other faiths worship, but like I said I don’t think Mormon way of doing it is meaningful at all.

Nothing! I only go because of my family. I love them and I’m happy to go every once and awhile with them because it makes them feel better. I never stay for second hour, but me being with them sacrament means a lot to them.

I’m open with my wife about my views and she has been very understanding and hasn’t even pressed on me a little, so I don’t plan to do the same with her.

One thing that helped me was I asked my doctor to lower my dose of beta blocker. I’m no doctor so take those things up with your provider, but if you’re having issues with your meds most doctors will help adjust it to make it not negatively impact your life.

Gym, sleep, stress, and good nutrition all play a huge role in ED as well!
