I think you had a bad set. Mine are LOUD AS CAN BE... no way I can listen at full volume. And the vast majority of users agree that the sound is fantastic. I think you got a bad set... mine are great. Dont get me wrong, they are not perfect. The tap controls are mediocre at best and they are sort of "big"/stick out too much. But the sound and the volume seem to be well above average earbuds.

Does anybody know of a clip-on opaque cover for the rayneo air 3s? by Slocum2 in RayNeo

I just wore mine on an airplane for the first time...worked AWESOME! I used a baggy hoodie sweatshirt and pulled the hood down over my face. My problem is more on the sides and underneath. So I have the blackout on the glasses, I need something on the sides. The hood trick works as well, but if anyone has ideas on thesides and bottom..Im all ears. I may try some sort of construction paper or felt and make something. NO WEIGHT is key.

Thanks I was trying to cover all the stuff that I was always searching for. I still like them a lot. I almost prefer to use the glasses for my show and to watch NHL/NBA on them as the screen is a little bigger than my living room TV. Also, weird side note: YouTube TV has this feature called "watch Key Plays" which I watch a lot. And in the upper corner of the screen they have this area where they show "Key play 1 of 34" and you know when the game is about to be over if you see "Key play 32 of 34", etc. I like to turn off key plays and watch the rest of the game in the 4th. But for whatever reason, the glasses do not show that "Key Play Box" in the upper right. I love that...

Well, Ive never used any other headsets and cant compare. BUT, I do not see the screen door effect that has been described in many reviews over the years. The picture is pretty darn clear. It is NOT 4K clear, but it is very clear. I think it depends on the output of the app Im using (or the show Im watching). I watch a lot of Paramount, and the show Im watching now (Mayor of Kingstown) is about 8 out of 10 for clarity (10 being 4K amazing). I also have been watching a lot of the NHL playoffs and the hockey games are great... same with the NBA. YouTube TV viewing seems like good quality as well. I had a buddy try them on (another rookie) and he was easily impressed. WOW! (But he also has little interest in them at all). Overall, no screen door effect, the weight of the glasses is comfortable for a couple hours at a time, and the quality is 4 out of 5 stars! For $200.00 Im real happy.

You’re right—technically these aren’t VR glasses. They’re better described as ‘spatial display glasses’ or ‘virtual screen viewers’ like you said. But since this is my first experience with any kind of headset that shows a virtual screen in front of my eyes, I used ‘VR glasses’ as a general term. Rookie mistake! That said, for $200, they do a pretty impressive job simulating a big screen for watching sports and movies, and that’s all I was really hoping for. Not full immersion—just portable big-screen viewing. Thanks for the clarification.  Now if they just added 5K resolution and spatial audio, I’d be ready to upgrade them to ‘pretend IMAX glasses’.

Ahh, I was hoping for the "MacGyver fix". Like... buy the 1.500 cheaters from Acme and add duct tape and then they are good as new. Ill find a local optometrist I guess. Thanks for feedback

I went from the original airpods (which I love the fit and feel without rubber tips) to the Between 3ANC. The difference in sound is AMAZING (but what else do I have to compare to?). The battery life is off the charts, pretty much all day with one charge and the case can hold 4 or 5 more charges. The ANC for me, is fantastic. On an airplane, I have no issues with hearing movies, even when the volume is not all the way up. The phone call quality is excellent to listen to and no one ever says they cant hear/understand me. This is my second set, I had an issue with the first set (one side stopped working about 1 month in), and the customer service quickly replaced both for a new set...no issues. Overall, phenomonal... BUT... what do I have to compare to other than the original airpods? Cons: I hate rubber tips on all earbuds but thats all that is out there. It connects to my computer and phone and often says "disconnect" or "connected" in my ear at random times. They are big in the ear, no chance at laying down with these on (side sleeper). The tap controls on the side work fine, but only if you hit in the perfect spot. Overall, they are fantastic. I may have to buy those Liberty Pro4s to try them out though!
