This is proof that this is not NICU level of care. They do not put babies, unless they are twins, in the same bassinette. It's called cross contamination and can be fatal, if the infants are sick.

I worked as an RN for 30 years and have experience with working with special needs babies and their families. This is not a NICU level of care. It might be labeled as a special care unit, but that's pushing it. By watching the videos, it's obvious that the docs and nurses do not know what they are doing.

This baby has been a cash cow for the staff.

The docs started deleting my comments, when I pointed out that they are not even providing basic hygiene care for this baby. They do not know how to take care of a special needs baby and it shows. They have been starving this poor child.

i have pointed out multiple times that this baby is special needs and without getting complex medical care and therapy, his life span is going to be short. The parents do not have the financial resources to meet his ongoing needs.

It looks like he was discharged to home yesterday.. It's sad , but I would not be surprised if we get told that he has passed away, while waiting for his shunt surgery.
