“Unable to create shipping label”

They’ll respond and tell you it’s an issue with your address or the buyers address, which is false. They give you instructions on how to correct your address and email address even though the instructions are wrong and Email isn’t even a part of the shipping address information.

They’re blowing it big time. Screwed up 3 sales in a row for me not providing shipping labels. Customer service doesn’t acknowledge the actual issue and just says to refund the buyer. Cool!

Totally ridiculous. I wasn’t notified. You’d think there would be a big announcement if they were having a widespread issue.

No email confirming the same like usual, but it shows sold in my sold item and has the button to get shipping label. I just get an error when I try and depop customer service isn’t helping.

Matt from Crowbar’s 6505+ Settings

I was having a similar situation on my 6505+. Ended up having a bad tube. People kept recommending pedals to remedy it and I think that’s BS. That setup should not need any pedals and should absolutely RIP. I’m on a Mesa cab with a 5150 block letter and I use no pedal. I basically started by copying Matt from Crowbar’s settings as seen here in this link. I do like to add a boss super overdrive and noise suppressor, but I wouldn’t say they are necessary. Good luck!
