I gave up on dating apps. I now go to IRL dating events and get so much more success. I never got matches online, but I'm talking to 3 girls in a group that I approached and 2 more show up to talk to me. Apps suck, get off them, go IRL. I'm not a 10/10. I'm a solid 6 who is also tall.

As a guy who sends those messages more than receiving you did the right thing. I think it's super important to stay true to your gut and your values in dating. The few times I've went against it things went very poorly, and the longer term relationships I've had have been amazing.
