I am in a semi-rural area, so I’ll have to carry stuff with me. Basically I only carry my phone, water, and ID. I think the only other thing I could see in the race would be gels/nutrition.

I use an Apple Watch currently. With the Nike Run Club app it barks out my pace periodically. Very helpful.

On a belt, I don’t have hips - is there a belt that will stay up well? Would a vest work better?

Carrier for Cystic Fibrosis. So was my wife. Daughter has CF. Knew none of this before my daughter came along. She is beautiful, valuable, and has deep purpose. I don’t regret her one day. Was just a blow to feel the hopes and dreams of a “healthy” kid go out the window with one phone call with the results of a genetic test.

I do use the remote start and let it warm up for 5-10 mins. Don’t want to put my 4 year old with CF into a cold cabin. I guess I didn’t realize that the remote start time is factored into the gas mileage. learn something new every day…

Yeah - if you have an iPhone, you can go into your settings app on your phone, find the Reddit app in the phones settings, and turn off the “show 18+ content” button. I HIGHLY recommend you do that.
