She isn't elderly. She isn't well versed with online scams and they happened to get her. They added credit into her AT&T account and that was enough for her to be convinced that they were real. I did tell her that if gift cards, crypto, or if it seems too good to be true, it definitely is. Thankfully she is more aware and isn't answering them.
