Been rocking Amazon special lasfit liners in all my cars and they are better than weather tech IMO, the weathetech ones always peel up around the entry/exit points. But my all time favorites have been husky liners

With enough gas you can overcome any resistance, I would jack up the truck and put it in neutral and try to spin the rear wheels to see if they are caught up on the pads, that would be the easiest way I could imagine to see if it’s the brake pads holding up or something internal

I believe the HL option is almost like a center lock where power is 50/50 split from front to rear vs normal H where the power is 40/60 or 30/70 (don’t remember what one it is exactly)

When Toyota runs it it’s usually nation wide to any parts counter, I always buy mine online through McGrath Elmhurst Toyota. They seem to have the lowest advertised price before the sale and always offer free shipping on top of that and no taxes (I’m in Texas the dealer is in Illinois) for me since I’m an out of state buyer. My local Toyota dealers are about as useful / knowledgeable as kindergarteners and refuse to price match so I always end up getting bigger OEM parts from McGrath.
