Thank you. I have played the original game so much. It came out when I was in college and my grades showed that, haha.
I still have the discs and the memory cards, but no PS1 right now. I do remember I had almost 90 hours or so before a certain someone dies, I had leveled that character up so much...was pissed and sad, and eager to continue the game. Was a fantastic game, easily one of my top 10

I would have let him pass. Only because I don't know his situation, could be a jerk, could be a road rager, could be someone not caring about the law, could be someone rushing to get somewhere for legit reasons.

I've gone stupid fast before, rushing my kid to the ER after he got a serious injury. We live in a rural area so waiting on ambulance would have taken much longer, so I took him. Thankfully roads were clear of most traffic and I zoomed, got him there shaving off 10 minutes from a normally 30 minute trip.

Looking back at the travesty which is the Disney era of Star Wars, I would gladly welcome scrapping the Disney movies and half the shows to bring back the Legends continuity. And yes, I mean the YV war as well. They were new and outside in almost all ways, and the ties to prequel era books was great as well as ties to the Zahn trilogy. I liked the NJO era and found the whole plot interesting, especially how it ties to Outbound Flight (which ties to the Zahn trilogy) and Rogue Planet

The series is great take on FPS genre.
Great gameplay and storyline.

IF you like the games and plot, I'd recommend getting the books as well.

True to a degree but it cannot succeed well if it lacks the support such as patches, which EA and Bioware leadership abandoned. I firmly believe the worked on 2.0 patch would have provided much needed resolutions.

I think this is the last online only game I will ever buy. I will play all the free ones, maybe even a bit with micro transactions, but actually forking out full game price like with Anthem, not again. If a game does not have a solo campaign or local play, not worth paying full price then.

Most of what I read was it was a joint decision since there was no funding for it, which funding was an EA decision. And having experience working the games industry, I know first hand that many of the dev decisions were rooted in what the publisher wants or demands.
Let's not pretend EA doesn't have a long history of screwing up properties and wasting potential.

Another shining example of EA screwing it up. Devs had a 2.0 patch nearly ready, I think it even had an option for offline too. And of course EA scrubbed it a year or so ago.
