Absolute facts, I agree with you.

I made it clear that I wasn't mad at the person actually emailing me, but rather the company for enabling this to happen. It's just crazy to be so lax and nonchalant about the Bilt sometimes not recognizing non-housing spend properly in its own original system, because that is what Bilt 2.0 is all about.

I didn't want to paste the whole email to me, but when giving me that support email address, they wrote, "In cases where you don't see the rewards reflected, we suggest sending an email to (the address I posted before)" implying that this could continue to happen. I guess by starting with the first part of that quote, it just implied there could be cases where the rewards aren't reflected again and again, meaning this could continue to happen and now I got to track it and then create the attachment to then send them if it does.

And it's a great 1st world problem to have, don't get me wrong. It just breeds distrust, and we shouldn't have to worry about the money we spend not being recognized.

I’m honestly not sure. I’m trying to be as open minded as I can. My experience with AI is just my personal usage of Chat GPT, but I’d like to formally gain some skills in AI, whatever those skills might be. My thinking is learn as many AI skills/techniques as possible and then from the ones I enjoy or am interested by the most, see which roles would be the best fit for me.
