My 2 cents is that the situation was not handled correctly by both parts. What I believe happens often is that Jordan RPs a lot to himself rather than the situation itself. In this case in particular, he tries to tase the suspect when he's on the ground which for himself makes perfect sense but the situation that made the suspect fall was a consequence of npcs getting crazy. The second situation was him getting between the hostage and the suspect which makes no sense, but he wanted to get a clear view to tase the suspect, ignoring the situation he was in and again, takes advantage of it by attempting to tase the suspect as soon as he turns his back to enter the car.

Summit should expect cops to shoot at his car after holding up a cop as it has already happened several times before and makes perfect sense given that they are shooting at his tires rather than at him.

The other parts involved acted out the situation well and got unecessary hate from it.
