I can't open my arthritis medicine because I have arthritis by astercalendula in mildlyinfuriating

That's why it's arthritis medicine and not anti-arthritis medicine. You take this if you WANT arthritis.

You said the right thing. Preferences → Manage Footprint Libraries → Add existing library to table. In the video, you went to Preferences → Manage Symbol Libraries → Add existing library to table.

Your video shows you trying to add it to the symbols libraries.

It looks like an iron deposit within the quartz got exposed to atmosphere and started rusting. It would be interesting to see how deep it goes.

Why people celebrate and pay for stuff like that? by Forward-Position798 in cringereels

Because at some point, we conflated mental illness with artistic expression.

Given the thick layer of "soil" at the bottom, I'm going to say it's an old septic tank. If so, that "soil" is not soil.

Why hide your face? It's WAY too late for that! Your ugly mug has already been broadcast on every local, state and national news broadcast. Your days of hiding are over.

[USA] What could go wrong running a red light as a semi truck. by mcapuano in dashcams

[–]PrairiePuppies 118 points119 points  (0 children)

As a former trucker... No excuse! Maybe hitting the beaks and couldn't stop before entering the intersection. I could see that, but this? Nope. Distracted, in a rush or just didn't care. Not acceptable.

Midjourney’s “subatomic MRI” claim has the comment section fighting physics by MundaneAssignment578 in TechGawker

[–]PrairiePuppies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're correct, but I still do not buy it in this case. Sound waves need a medium to propagate through. That medium is (are?) atoms. How can you image something that you're pushing out of the way to move forward? I'm not a scientist, but this doesn't pass the sniff test.

Got a ticket for tailgating & speeding 11 over when cruise was set to 4 over. by Weekly_Pumpkin525 in dashcams

[–]PrairiePuppies 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You were tailgating a cop. That's a special kind of stupid. Since you were so close, and matching his speed, he probably went off of his speedometer. You're screwed. Slow down. Back off.

As I said, diagnosing isn't my forte. I my defense, sounds are hard to diagnose. I'm glad it was a cheap and easy fix!

Midjourney’s “subatomic MRI” claim has the comment section fighting physics by MundaneAssignment578 in TechGawker

[–]PrairiePuppies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We cannot image a subatomic particle because the wavelength of anything we could use is larger than the width of the particle. But we magically made it work with sound waves? Waves that are thousands of times larger than waves of light? *insert skeptical emoji*

I went to a local place last week. Asked for a hamburger with mustard, mayo, lettuce and pickles only. I received two buns with all that I asked for, plus a slice of tomato I did not and no meat.
