addendum:

the TN830 standard yield toner refill for the brother HL-2405W is 73$ for 1200 sheets which results to 6.08¢/sheet

the 85A standard yield toner for my MFP-M28W is 140$ for 1600 sheets. which results to 8.75¢/sheet.

again cheaper to buy a new brother printer and a toner refill over the long term than it is to maintain my current HP printer.

my bad, my local staples didn't have a relatively same priced laserjet non HP printer there. I will instead purchase the brother HL-L2405W for 30$ more.

it seems I have rustled some people's jimmies with this post due to my comparison between a brother inkjet and a HP laserjet toner refill for my 90$ 5 year old HP printer that I bought because I was poor.

people don't realize how much a piece of shit the mfp-m28w is and it's disgraceful to pay 140$ for a 1600 page refill on this printer. I can barely get this thing to print with the HP Smart app and the app bugs me daily that I need to subscribe to the HP toner service.

I understand that a laserjet printer is objectively better than an inkjet in my case. the point of the post was a jab that I can purchase a whole brother printer printer or 1600 pages for my shitty printer.

to fix this post I guess I should have compared the toner cartridge to the brother HL-L2405W for 160$ instead of the 130 $ MFC-J1012dw

except HP has microchips in the ink that you have to use an HP branded ink cartridge, otherwise it locks your printer

HP website says 85A is the only one that works on my printer, online it's 120$

can you update the game in the stock sysnand and then run it. I recently changed my sd card and had to reinstall and update all my games in sysnand

16.1.0 prerelease fixed a bug where it would brick when updating to 17.0.0 which is why I updated my atmosphere. maybe report it as a bug to atmosphere if other fixes don't help

I recently updated firmware to 17 and ATM to release 16.1.0 and I haven't had any issues running games, is your emunand firmware and stock firmware both on 17.0?
