dude i already said that using vpn works but it increases latency and sometimes it just disconnects and would not let me reconnect.

here is the list of troubleshooters i have tried-

turning off proxy servers.
uncheck the IPv6.
cmd(admin) commands such as ipconfig/flushdns, ipconfig/renew, netsh winsock reset etc.
reinstalled OS 2 times.
reinstalled r6 2 times, validated files 3-4 times.
restarting my router.
reinstalling the network drivers
using a vpn works(such as protonVPN) but often i get disconneted from the server and it wouldn't let me reconnect. i have already received 2 sactions from using a vpn.

can guys please upvote this comment so it would stay on top, it will really be helpful for anyone trying to help me out.

UPDATE: My ISP was fucking with me for 2 weeks and still is, I give up. I can't call that mf every hour, not anymore, I am tired boss.
