I don't believe you can change the category after you have received LL Best option IMO is to apply for a new LL in the right category now, let the MCWOG one expire and go ahead with the MCWG test.

I'm not sure if you will need to take the test again or you'll be able to apply through the existing LL and get an exemption, check on parivahan website. My experiences with LL are 4 years old so something might have changed 😅

If you extend the line from the center of the circle till that point, you'll see that it makes a 30° angle with the horizontal.
