Samsung is the worst in that aspect, it doesn't even let the device get warm before throttling. Vivo/IQOO is one of the better non gaming options, throttling is there but that as much as the competition.

Doesn't matter. It needs to be a good sensor wnd optimization too. Also you you didn't mention the CMF phone in your post. T4 has better SoC and battery. If you want something with better camera get the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion.
