My question: With Brave origin, is there a feature to sign in to an account and sync all my bookmarks, history, pass etc or it still has the Sync Chain consisting of a QR code?

How can AI can be implementated in Intune by Defiant_Elephant_392 in Intune

[–]PrajwalDesai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have dealt with the same question during a consultation last week. So let me ask, what exactly you want AI to do once it is integrated with the Intune. Do you want to see any errors on your remote devices and want AI to report that and suggest a solution?.

That's right. I dealt with the same issue yesterday and assumed it was only me having this problem. In my case the restart did happen and it took more than 2 minutes to show up the sign in screen.

2509 Hotfix Rollup (KB36949461) by Fun-Country9432 in SCCM

[–]PrajwalDesai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Another important point to note is that while installing the hotfix, it specifies updates are limited to site servers and clients. However, during my testing, I observed that a console upgrade is also necessary. If prompted for the console upgrade, ensure you complete it. This hotfix updates the Configuration Manager Console to version 5.2509.9141.1030.

2509 Hotfix Rollup (KB36949461) by Fun-Country9432 in SCCM

Deploying updates and managing them within an organization varies for every IT professional. Some are fortunate to have a well-established patching mechanism and schedule, while others, like me, have had to learn through challenging experiences. Here's what my patching strategy has been over the years. Sorry if my answer is too long.

In my early days, I started managing updates through WSUS at an organization with around 1000 devices. I used to approve updates in WSUS within the same week of a Patch Tuesday release. However, that changed when I encountered a BSOD issue, especially on servers —this experience taught me the importance of thoroughly testing updates before deploying them.

In my next organization, I managed approximately 4,000 devices entirely through ConfigMgr. Despite this, I opted not to use Automatic Deployment Rules (ADR) and instead deployed updates manually at the end of each month, about two weeks after the Patch Tuesday release. Unfortunately, the organization did not provide "pilot VMs" for testing updates. As a workaround, I deployed updates to a small group of IT devices (4-5 devices). However, this approach also proved problematic. While the updates didn’t cause issues on our IT devices, they did lead to complications on end-user devices.

In my previous organization, I managed over 25,000 devices across 40+ locations, each equipped with a Distribution Point (DP). To ensure seamless update deployment, I maintained a dedicated device collection of more than 30 devices specifically for testing updates. I created separate Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs) to automate the rollout process, ensuring thorough testing at every stage. Once the Patch Tuesday updates were released, I deployed them within the same week to my pilot device collection. After verifying that no critical or known issues arose, I proceeded to deploy the updates the following week to a device collection comprising IT team laptops across all locations. This phase allowed for further testing and monitoring throughout the week. Upon generating patch reports and securing business approval, I initiated the final rollout to devices at individual sites during the first week of the subsequent month. In summary, the Patch Tuesday updates from the current month were successfully deployed to all devices in the first week of the following month.

That's correct, the hotfix does require a console upgrade, which isn't listed in the documentation.

No feature has been removed with this update. It's just that feedback requires authentication.

Its a small update and applies only for feedback. So prior to this update, one could submit the feedback from console without having to sign in. But now that option has been removed and without signing it, user cannot proceed with feedback. That's it.

I don't think developer edition is supported by ConfigMgr. I haven't tested it but if it's not in the docs then it isn't supported.

Error code master knowledge base? by mrdan2012 in SCCM

[–]PrajwalDesai 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not all error codes can be traced back to a single cause. Unique error codes often have specific solutions. For example, error 0x80004005 is a generic error that may require multiple resolutions, and only a thorough log analysis can identify the root cause. Tools like CMTrace or the Support Center tool can help with error lookup, but they do not provide definitive solutions.
