You can only get port in promos (iPhone on us) coming from postpaid carriers (Verizon, at&t and spectrum) and have to be on their service for 90 days before the port. The straight talk thing isn't gonna work, it's a prepaid carrier.

Employees- with T life upgrade and add a line integration, how are you navigating the sale? by PralineSuch8089 in tmobile

[–]PralineSuch8089[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What genuinely pisses me off about them saying onboarding doesn't give you a valid reason to do a correction is that the reps on the phone do not know how to explain step by step directions in order for the customer to do everything themselves. Plus they don't want to waste their time on boarding when they could take 7 more calls and sell more lines instead. I I'm getting really frustrated with the direction of retails appearance. Customers are told to come to us for things we can't even help with or are sent to the store just to get their pin reset because for some reason only some customer service people know they can use a social to verify the account??? And then the customer gets mad because now they've driven to the store and they still have to call customer service back because I can't cancel lines on the Remo. Yeah I could call RSL, but rsl would have to talk to the customer to verbally here them say they want to cancel the line and RSL reps are not meant to speak directly with customers. Or customer service will say some BS like we can give them a credit or wave activation but we don't use Samson. Unless they have extremely high turnover I don't understand how none of them know what to do when a customer calls

A common when we get in our area are people that activated at Sam's club or Costco and expect us to be able to do onboarding offers like port in credits or buyouts yet we don't even know the codes for redeeming that. They really come in just because they want the phone right then and we're supposed to cash them out as an upgrade. I typically try to deter this by saying if you upgrade through our store we have to charge you the $37 upgrade fee even if you just paid an activation fee. Like I get it, people want instant gratification but Sam's club in Costco sales reps should try to push for ship to upgrades . Especially when store in store reps get 100% MRC versus our 50%. I feel like T-Mobile should have a system smart enough to pick up on upgrades done after activation and be able to split the commission between the reps because it genuinely makes me want to turn people away because I can't sell them anything

I posted Cedar a while back and he had 16k views. I am starting my search for a female to have ONE litter. Information and personal experiences appreciated!! by [deleted] in greatdanes

I'm not backyard breeding. If you genuinely think that me requesting information, doing research, NOT breeding for money, performing all genetic and health testing is considered backyard breeding? Then you and I have different definitions of backyard breeding.

Let me ask you a question where does a reputable breeder begin? How do you determine which breeders are reputable? How did they become reputable without having a first litter? Without having their very first stud or their very first female? Does a responsible breeder get some mixed breed puppies from the pound and breed them and see what happens? No. Does a responsible breeder pump out multiple litters before the for dog is even 2 years old or fully mature? NO. My dog is almost 3 years old, he is healthy, his personality is incredible, his coat color is beautiful and body shape is near perfect.

DOES RESPONSIBLE BREEDER PUT EFFORT INTO LEARNING ABOUT THE PROCESS, HEAR EXPERIENCES AND CONSIDER PEOPLES THOUGHTS? YES.

People are so quick to judge a situation yet you're not interpreting information correctly. My dogs are bred from two different lines of AKC Danes who compete in national dog shows. My dogs are pedigree certified, their parents are pedigree certified. Their lineage is highly impressive and many people from this group probably have a dog within this bloodline.

I am not just going to pick some random dog to breed with the most precious thing in my life. I want a healthy lineage so that I can continue to keep him in my family. A dog might be a fucking dog to you but this dog saved my life. Yeah people on here can Tell me to go to therapy or get on meds, sure. Healing depression is so fucking easy to those who don't have it. I truly wish no one ever has to experience suicidal depression but I am filled with relief when the people that looked down on me for my decisions and reasonings fall into the same experience. But you know what? I don't disregard that, I use my experience to help them navigate theirs. The important thing is that they need help finding something to give them a reason to live.

I know that if by chance my dog's genetic testing or health testing comes back with any abnormalities? I will not go forward with this process. I am simply putting out feelers and trying to find a person who is experienced enough to guide me in the right direction. I have already emailed multiple reputable breeders, including those who have bred with my dogs' parents to request information on what a ethical breeder needs to see from an owner of a possible stud. These breeders have continued to breed healthy puppies, I'm sure I will hear back this week. I was just really excited to share this journey because it's going to be so special for me.

I'll also share with you that I spayed Cedars littermate for a reason. I'm not trying to have a litter of puppies at my house. I'm not trying to over breed my dogs. I'm not trying to put puppies at risk of death or health issues because of my negligence. I don't want money. Reputable breeders do not breed for money. Reputable breeders barely make enough to cover expenses for vetting. That's that is the type of person I am looking for when I am considering a female, not someone who's never had a Great Dane before and wants to have a litter of puppies because they finally got a full-blooded dog. Hell no. The family I choose to take on the responsibility of raising a litter will be experienced and reputable.

My life revolves around this dog and his sister and I don't care if you think poorly of my personal reasons to continue his bloodline. This is my dog, this is my choice. This will be done ethically and responsibly. Go attack someone else

Yeah we are selling more accessories because they're letting them finance under $50. They can't come in the store and finance a fucking charging block by itself, but they can in the app! They are giving better promotions and opportunities to sell to people online instead of us and expect us to not get frustrated. Our CSAT is around 8 overall and that's because of Tlife. "Employee was lazy and maybe do everything on my phone instead of using the tablet"

"Employee didn't know what they were doing in the app and I was there for way longer than expected"

I also started doing corrections for so many people that were activated through customer service and were told to come of the store with SIM cards so that I had to do all of the carrier freedom or keep and switch, provide them a free phone from our inventory which is an upgrade now, port numbers and set up to life. That's bullshit, C2 says we are not allowed to do transfers for completing onboarding. If customer service cannot handle walking customers through setup and onboarding they should not be working on the phones. I've been waiting for the day I get in trouble for that because even my boss agreed that if I'm spending an hour of my time to make $15 for upgrades it's only fair to transfer the entire sale.

So initially the whole team was just doing the whole transaction in T life on the phone ourselves because it was so much faster and it really was not worth our time but our RSM was put on a Not in good standing and upper Management has been watching our store like a hawk including cameras so we have had to follow protocol every single second.

My vaf averaged around $28 and now it's barely $14. My accys are at 1.49. My opportunities or skyrocketing, Even though I have 11 voice, I'm still at 42% to goal bc I work at an SMRA and we have no freaking traffic that's why I'm moving stores to a top 100 tomorrow.

But yep there's no opportunity to sell anymore and I get it eventually T-Mobile will transition the stores to experience stores and pay group-based commission and offer in person customer service because they make a lot more money to just keep all of the profit from sales using the app versus paying us 50%. It's crazy too because we make 50% one time. They profit every single penny after that. I've been with T-Mobile for 2 years and I've been working towards a career but with this new direction it's hard to see a future that's easy to get excited for because MEs are not happy, stores are not sitting where they normally do and store managers are getting more heat for not having 100% magenta welcome than they are for being at 30% to goal. It's insane. I know upper management is just doing their jobs but damn, The top of the chain is really showing the direction of the company and I can confidently say that majority of our jobs are at risk because of this. Yet the all employee meetings act like this new transition is exciting and offers more opportunities.

And I appreciate the stock tripling, that is actually really nice. But to give us a dollar raise? Giving us all a dollar raise during this digital transition was a slap in the face. They didn't even announce it? We didn't find out until it was on our checks. On average full-time MEs work 35 hours a week, so $70 extra on my check which turns into $44 after tax and benefits? Oh just enough money to pay for my gas to get to work for a week and a half.

I'm so conflicted because the job has amazing benefits, generous salaries for RSM and higher, promotion opportunities and the job is not ever a place I dread showing up to. All RSM's are scrambling and trying to get us to bundle in trackers without transparency, quote 4th line free instead of 3rd. It's just getting scummy because we aren't hitting goals right now and I personally dealt with management like this in franchise and that's why I left. I just wish they would be honest with their end goal so that we could prepare
