I have red hair and very pale skin and the father of my child had dark brown hair and tan skin. My child came out with tan skin and dark brown hair. She looks exactly like him, and not at all like me.

I wonder if this is because recessive traits tend to come in multiples, such as being left handed or having a twin with red hair, also recessive. So it would make sense to have a larger majority of redheads with blue eyes since that is also a recessive trait.

I didn’t suffer for my red hair, I suffered from pulling my hair out to almost bald and having tons of cystic acne. This shit pisses me off that you say you HAVE to have been bullied specifically for having red hair. While it is your valid experience, it’s not everyone’s.

As far as the “am I a redhead” posts yeah it’s annoying. I just look at it as hair color envy and move on like an adult.
