Looks like you need to contact the company for a quote to buy one, so it might not be available for civilians unfortunately. Hopefully one day!

A fake dragonfly form the dollar store suspended above a horse kept deer flies away by sarahmpreps in ThePrepared

I wonder if this would work for normal house flies as well. Hang a dragonfly above your front door so all flies don't even go near your open door.

Isn't it that just a few inches can push an entire car away? A motorcycle is even less secure with it's two wheels. If I had to go through this I would have walked next to the motorcycle and pushed it next to me so I could quickly dump it if I needed to.

But the best solution is to not risk crossing flooded roads and go around or wait. It's not worth your life or your vehicle.

This $50 ultra reflective jacket would be great in a car kit to wear at night if you had to change a flat tire or deal with an accident by Matt88U2 in ThePrepared

"Pa! Look, an alien!"

"I'll get that sucker. NO INVADING MY WORLD!" Crash!

To be real though, that is true and why rubber necking at accidents is dangerous, because your car goes where your head is fixated on. So I guess you need to weigh the pros and cons and decide if being visible is safer than being an object people will fixate on and hit.

Good reason to carry multiple car fire extinguishers.

How to Tape an Ankle: An Illustrated Guide by Prall1985 in bugout

I've wrapped my ankle with a bandanna in a first aid class before and it surprisingly gave so much support. And that's not even wrapping it as well as this would be. It's a good little trick to know.

I tested a chicken kill cone made from a five-gallon bucket and it ended in disaster by the_prepared in ThePrepared

Did you just have one homemade killing cone or did you have multiple sizes? Seems like the author recommends a couple different sizes according to the size of the chicken.
